Key Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Assist the dentist or hygienist during a variety of procedures.
Perform all sterilization and disinfection procedures according to OSHA and health & safety regulations.
Take digital X-rays (including digital scans when applicable) while following proper safety protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions, building trust and rapport.
Manage supply inventory, ensuring treatment areas are well-stocked and organized.
Collaborate effectively with front desk staff and the entire dental team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive office vibe.
