We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our thriving general practice in a charming suburban home office environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a warm and inviting setting where patient care is the top priority. The position is part-time, and we offer flexible hours to accommodate your needs in the future.
Our practice has a rich history, having served the community for over 25 years under the leadership of a single doctor. We take pride in our approach to dentistry, treating our patients like family and ensuring that our staff members enjoy a supportive and collaborative work atmosphere. You will find that our team—including dental assistants, front desk personnel, and the doctor—works together seamlessly to provide exceptional care and achieve the best outcomes for our patients.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will have the responsibility of providing high-quality patient care, including thorough cleanings, periodontal assessments, and patient education. You will spend one hour with each patient, along with additional time dedicated to full mouth X-rays. Our practice is committed to maintaining a safe working environment and provides all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
This role is available due to the retirement of our beloved hygienist, who has been a cherished member of our practice. We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $60 to $70 and benefits, including a 401k plan and dental coverage.
Our current schedule includes Monday from 12:45 PM to 6 PM and Thursday from 8:45 AM to 2 PM. However, flexibility is available in the future as we continue to serve an ever-growing patient base.
