Pediatric Dental Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated dental assistant to join our growing practice on a part-time basis for Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30am - 5:00pm on Tuesday until 6:00pm on Thursday until 5:00pm. Also 1 Saturday a month from 7:30am - 2:00pm. Our office is built on a warm, friendly atmosphere where respect, kindness, and teamwork matter every day. We value strong patient relationships and a calm, organized environment, and we take pride in providing thoughtful care without overbooking.

In this role, you will assist a pediatric dentist and support day-to-day clinical operations in a single-doctor practice. Duties include preparing treatment rooms, assisting chairside during procedures, sterilizing instruments, taking and organizing clinical materials, and helping ensure each patient feels comfortable and cared for. Comfort working with children and the ability to communicate in a caring, professional manner are essential.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience assisting and an x-ray license. A background in assisting a pediatric dentist is required. Cross-training is not required. This is an hourly position and includes accrued sick leave.

We provide a safe work environment with disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, and regular masks. A 1-hour lunch break is provided, and parking is available at the front of the building. We are looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and ready to grow with our team.
