Location: Discovery Kids Pediatric Dentistry, Colorado Springs, CO
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Thursday (7:30 AM to 5 PM)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant who enjoys working with children and excels in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Dental assisting experience is preferred, and pediatric experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
Take dental radiographs (as permitted by state regulations)
Comfort and engage with children to ensure a positive experience
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Support front office or team members as needed
Qualifications:
Dental assisting experience preferred
Pediatric dental experience is a plus
Current CPR certification required
X-ray certification required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, patient, and compassionate with children
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
What We Offer:
Full-time schedule with a 4-day work week
(Monday–Thursday 730 AM to 5 PM)

Compensation: $22-$26/hr., plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance
