We are growing and looking for a reliable, motivated Dental Assistant who wants a long-term home and the opportunity to grow with the practice.
Position Overview
As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care across general dentistry and orthodontics. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, positive, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
-Chairside assisting during dental and orthodontic procedures
-Preparing and turning over operatories efficiently
-Taking digital X-rays and impressions/scans as needed
-Assisting with infection control and sterilization protocols
-Supporting smooth patient flow and positive patient experiences
-Communicating effectively with the clinical and front-desk team
-Maintaining clinical supplies and organization
Qualifications
-Dental Assistant experience preferred (new grads with strong attitude encouraged to apply)
-X-ray certification (or ability to obtain)
-Strong work ethic and attention to detail
-Team-oriented, dependable, and patient-focused
-Excellent communication and professionalism
