Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, dependable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. You should enjoy working with people, leading a team, solving problems, and getting out into the community to help grow the practice.
Dental front-office or management experience is strongly preferred. Pediatric dental experience and/or experience with social media, marketing, or community outreach is a plus.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to do more than simply manage an established office. We want someone who is excited to grow with Tooth Buds and play an important role in building our team, brand, systems, and patient base.
