As a part-time member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the oral health and overall well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and applying preventive materials.
- Perform thorough assessments of patients’ oral health, recording medical history and identifying potential issues.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, diet, and the importance of regular dental visits to maintain optimal dental health.
- Collaborate closely with our single doctor to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional patient service by ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, addressing patient concerns, and delivering compassionate care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal protocols.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
- Familiarity with PPO insurance plans and their billing processes is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced dental environment.
- Commitment to continuing education and staying current with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
