WE’RE HIRING — DENTAL FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR 🦷

We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and confident Front Office Coordinator to join our dental team!

This is a key position in our practice. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of the front office, communicates exceptionally well with patients, and knows how to keep treatment, insurance, and collections moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Present and explain treatment plans and financial options to patients
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and help patients move forward with recommended care
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims, attachments, and outstanding claims
• Review EOBs and resolve insurance issues and denials
• Collect patient balances, copays, and outstanding accounts
• Maintain accurate patient accounts and financial arrangements
• Communicate professionally with patients by phone, text, and email
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and appointment changes
• Help maintain a productive schedule and minimize openings
• Provide an excellent patient experience from the first phone call through completion of treatment

Dental front-office experience is strongly preferred. Experience with dental insurance, treatment-plan presentation, collections, and dental practice-management software is a major plus.
