Job description:
We are a 100% Fee-For-Service, North Florida dental organization focused on providing the highest quality comprehensive dental care for all patients.
We are seeking a highly skilled Prosthodontist with advanced expertise in implant dentistry and full-arch restorations, utilizing modern digital workflows, to join our innovative, patient-centered practice. Experience in implant surgery is a strong plus.
ALL our offices are in Jacksonville and the surrounding North Florida areas. Relocation or Commuting to the Greater Jacksonville Area is required.
Our Dentists averaged $761K/year in pre-tax income in 2025.
Responsibilities
• Examine, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with missing or damaged teeth
• Design, fabricate, and fit dental prostheses such as:
o Crowns and bridges
o Complete and partial dentures
o Dental implants
o Veneers and cosmetic restorations
• Restore oral function for patients with complex dental needs
• Treat patients with congenital conditions, oral cancer, or traumatic injuries
• Collaborate with general dentists, oral surgeons, orthodontists, and dental labs
• Take impressions, digital scans, and bite registrations
• Adjust, repair, and maintain dental prostheses
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and prosthetic care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Credentials
• 3+ years of post-residency clinical experience
• Degree from an Accredited School of Dentistry
• Current, unrestricted license Florida license
• Valid DEA#

• A licensed Prosthodontist (board -certified or board eligible) in the state of Florida
• Passionate about comprehensive, high-quality dentistry and aesthesis
• Skilled in full-mouth rehabilitations, complex restorative cases, and implant restorations
• A team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Committed to continuous growth, patient satisfaction, and excellence in care
Preferred Experience
• Experience in private practice or multi-specialty settings is a plus.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS if performing sedation services
Provider Support
• Highly trained staff to include hygienists, dental assistants, call center individuals, and treatment coordinators
• Ongoing Continuing Education opportunities within and outside the organization
