Hygienist (Part Time 3 days per week with full-time benefits)

We’re a growing, fee-for-service general dental practice seeking an experienced dental hygienist to join our team in a full-time role. Our office is built on a simple philosophy: provide every patient with the best possible experience while treating everyone on the team like family. We are a private, single-doctor practice with a collaborative, patient-focused environment that values professionalism, compassion, and quality care.

Our modern office features five operatories, including two dedicated hygiene rooms and three doctor’s rooms, supporting efficient workflow and excellent continuity of care across general dentistry, pedodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and endodontics. The position is ideal for someone who is confident in clinical care, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a well-organized setting where patient education and prevention are highly valued.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and a strong clinical background with skills in diagnosis and laser certification. Experience with Open Dental, DEXIS, digital x-rays, intraoral camera, iTero, fixed prosthodontics, implants, Invisalign, removable prosthodontics, and scheduling is highly preferred. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend about an hour with each patient, allowing time to deliver thorough, high-quality care and build strong patient relationships.

This role includes a one-hour lunch break and a consistent weekday schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We are equipped with the PPE needed to support a safe and professional work environment, including disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.

Compensation starts at $55+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications, and the benefits package includes health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and bonuses.
