LOCATION
West Chester Township, OHWe are seeking a dependable, friendly, and motivated team member to join our general dental practice in a full-time role. This position is available due to a current team member’s maternity leave, and it offers a great opportunity to become part of a supportive, close-knit office environment.
Our practice is a welcoming, patient-focused two-doctor private office with a strong family feel. We are committed to delivering high-quality dental care in a warm, personalized setting where professionalism, teamwork, and kindness are valued every day. We take pride in building genuine relationships with our patients and one another, creating a workplace where every team member feels respected and appreciated.
Responsibilities include assisting the dentist during a variety of routine procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking and organizing dental supplies, and helping patients feel comfortable before, during, and after their visits. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team are important.
Must have experience. However, we are willing to train new grads if they are a fit.
