Front Desk Associate

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude.
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Verify dental insurance benefits and explain treatment estimates.
- Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and manage the daily schedule.
- Check patients in and out while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Maintain detailed patient notes and documentation in Dentrix.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Assist with administrative projects and office organization as needed.

Qualifications Required
- Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience
- Experience with Dentrix
- Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and benefits
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Preferred
- Treatment planning experience
- Knowledge of PPO insurance processing
- Experience presenting financial arrangements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
