We are searching for an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice!
POSITION DETAILS
Position: Full-Time Treatment Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:45 AM–5:00 PM (Fridays OFF!)
Compensation: Competitive Pay Based on Experience
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Present treatment plans and help patients understand their dental care options.
- Explain insurance benefits, treatment costs, and financing options to maximize treatment acceptance.
- Build strong patient relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans and outstanding patient balances.
- Manage insurance pre-authorizations, claims, and patient accounts.
- Coordinate appointments, collect payments, and support daily front-office operations.
- Work alongside a supportive team to achieve practice goals.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 3 years of dental treatment coordinating or financial coordinating experience.
- Experience using the Open Dental software.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment planning, and patient financing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- A confident, professional, and patient-focused personality.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a team.
