Orthodontic New Patient Coordinator
LOCATION

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic office professional to support our growing practice. If you have a passion for people and possess strong interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you!
As a vital part of our team, you will greet patients with a warm welcome, manage appointments using Cloud9Ortho scheduling software, and assist with patient inquiries to ensure a seamless experience. Your prior experience in a similar role (1+ years preferred) will be valued as you contribute to our collaborative, friendly environment.
Our practice is committed to safety and provides all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Enjoy a generous 1.5-hour lunch break during your busy day, along with benefits that include retirement plans, vacation, and PTO.
