Tired of 30 Minute Prophy's!?!
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our growing dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who values quality over volume and enjoys providing personalized, relationship-based care in a supportive environment.

Our practice is built around thorough, patient-centered hygiene appointments that allow you to deliver high-quality treatment without feeling rushed. You will work with one patient at a time and have the time needed to complete comprehensive care, education, and documentation with confidence. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, personable, and committed to creating a positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities include periodontal charting, scaling and root planing, prophylaxis, digital radiographs, fluoride treatment, gingivitis screening and treatment, patient education, patient recall, and accurate clinical notes. Experience with local anesthesia, ultrasonics, Cavitron use, intraoral cameras, iTero, Carestream, and Dentrix is preferred. Additional skills such as bleaching, Zoom whitening, pediatric hygiene, chlorhexidine application, and scheduling support are also valued. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with patients are essential.

Qualifications:
- Licensed dental hygienist in New Jersey
- CPR certified
- 1–2 years of experience preferred, though strong new graduates are welcome
- Comfortable providing thorough hygiene care and patient education
- Team-oriented, professional, and reliable

What we offer:
- Competitive compensation of $53–$61 per hour, based on experience
- Generous appointment times
- Paid sick leave
- Free on-site parking
- Supportive, modern, team-focused work environment
- Potential for additional hours and professional growth as the practice expands
- For full-time eligibility, benefits may include PTO, medical insurance, and 401(k)

Schedule:
This role is currently approximately 2–3 days per week, with about 5 clinical hours per day. A 1-hour lunch break is provided.

If you are a caring hygienist who values quality dentistry, clear communication, and meaningful patient relationships, this could be a great long-term fit.

I know what it’s like to work for a bad practice. I feel like I wasted 4 years of my professional life. A classmate told me about Cloud Dentistry. In the past 8 months, I have worked in numerous practices, had better instrumentation to practice my craft, and have felt a great sense of respect. It’s amazing to feel free again while earning more money.

I really like the rating system for both the provider and the office so that it provides a brief snapshot of the level of service provided.

I wish I had the option of putting more stars, as I don't think 5 is enough! I can’t thank Cloud Dentistry enough for all the work it's provided me. I love utilizing the user-friendly platform to create my own schedule. The offices I've worked for have been great and I truly do not see myself using any other platform out there. Thank you Cloud Dentistry for helping make my professional future one I'm so proud of. I will be recommending Cloud Dentistry to all of my dental professional friends and family!
