• Exceptional customer service and communication: Warmly greet patients, answer phones, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Appointment scheduling and multitasking: Efficiently coordinate appointments, manage the schedule, and handle multiple requests without sacrificing accuracy.
• Insurance and billing knowledge: Understand dental insurance verification, patient billing, and financial arrangements to assist patients confidently.
• Technical proficiency: Comfortable using practice-management software (like CloudDentistry or similar), maintaining electronic health records, and basic office equipment.
• Organization and attention to detail: Keep patient records current, monitor office supplies, and ensure paperwork is accurate and up to date.
