Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our general, single-doctor, private practice. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality oral care using the latest technologies and procedures in a professional, supportive environment. This is a full-time opportunity for an individual who values patient-centered care, clear communication, and attention to detail.

In this role, you will provide exceptional preventive dental care and patient education to help patients maintain and improve their oral health. Responsibilities include performing thorough cleanings, periodontal maintenance, screenings, and other routine hygiene services while ensuring each patient receives individualized care. You will work with one patient at a time and typically spend one hour with each patient, allowing you to focus on quality, comfort, and education.

The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages. A college-level education in dental hygiene and current licensure are expected. We are looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, and enthusiastic about being part of a collaborative team that values excellence and professionalism.

Our office understands the value that a talented dental hygienist brings to the practice and the patient experience. We offer a competitive compensation package starting at $50+ per hour, depending on experience, along with a signing bonus, medical insurance, a 401(k), bonus opportunities, dental benefits, and paid time off. Staff parking is available, and a 1-hour lunch break is provided.
