We are seeking an experienced dental professional to join a well-established, patient-focused dental practice serving a diverse mix of general dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and endodontic care. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable working with a single-doctor practice model while supporting a broad range of insurance plans, including HMO, PPO, and private patients.

This role is for a part-time schedule of 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The position offers competitive compensation of $60–$75 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience in a dental office setting and be prepared to contribute to a high standard of clinical care and patient service.

Responsibilities include providing thorough preventive care, patient education, and clinical support in accordance with office protocols and state guidelines. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering compassionate, efficient treatment while maintaining strong communication with both patients and the dental team. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to quality care are essential.

The practice supports a safe and well-equipped work environment with a full range of personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Private parking is available for staff convenience. A 1-hour lunch break is provided during the workday to support balance and recovery between patient care responsibilities.
