Dental Front Office, Tuesday-Friday
We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to be part of our front office team in a dynamic dental practice. Our office, led by Dr. Medaugh, has been serving the Arvada community for nearly 30 years, embodying a true team atmosphere where everyone collaborates to provide exceptional patient care.
In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for our patients. You'll be responsible for appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and maintaining patient records. A good understanding of PPO insurance plans is essential, as well as strong customer service skills and experience with dental terminology.
Our practice sees a diverse patient base, ranging from children to seniors, and it's vital to create a comfortable experience for everyone. You will be supported by a dedicated team that loves to work hard and have fun, all while adhering to the highest safety and infection control standards.
We offer competitive pay ranging from $20 to $28 per hour, depending on experience, along with benefits including PTO, discounted dental services, and a 401(k) match. Join us in making a positive impact in the lives of our patients!

Welcome to Able Dentistry, Inc! We are a private owned practice and Dr. Medaugh has been practicing in Arvada for almost 30 years. We follow all OSHA/CDC/COVID guidelines, and we are also a fragrance free practice. We see a full and wide variety of dental patients, from 3-100 years old, and some well established regulars, and some emergencies. Dr. Medaugh provides all services, but does refer out for some endo and oral surgery. We have a true team atmosphere at Able Dentistry, and we all help out wherever we can! We listen to upbeat music, and like to have fun while we work.
