Floating front & back office staff member

Join Our Front Office Team at a Friendly, Established Dental Practice!

Are you organized, friendly, and enjoy working with people? We're looking for a positive, detail-oriented individual to join our front office team at a well-established private dental practice that’s been serving the community for over 20 years.

This full-time position offers a fantastic Tuesday–Friday schedule, 7:45 AM to 3:00 PM, giving you a great work-life balance — with long weekends every week!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude

Coordinating hygiene and treatment schedules using iDentalSoft (training will provided if you're new to the software)

Discussing treatment plans and balances with patients confidently and clearly

Helping out occasionally in the back when needed — turning rooms or bringing back patients if the team gets busy

You’ll be working in General Dentistry, flexibility and teamwork are key. We’re a small, close-knit office where everyone supports each other to deliver the best patient experience possible.

What We’re Looking For:

A people person with a friendly, professional attitude. Must be comfortable speaking on the phone as calling patients for recare is a vital part of this role
Detail oriented- must be able to complete end of day paperwork without errors

Someone who enjoys being part of a team and can adapt to a fast-paced environment

Comfortable with discussing financial information with patients

Experience as an RDA is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $15-17 per hour (based on experience)
