Dental Assistant with Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator experience

Job description:

We invite you to join our dental office as a front desk. We are a fee-for-service general dental office near Philadelphia, PA that has been serving our community for a long time. You will be the first point of contact for our existing and new patients and connect them to our clinical team for successful dental care. This is a place where your expertise can shine through the day. We are looking for a professional team player who can communicate between our patients and clinical team members. We are open 4 days per week (we are open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday)

Position roles include:
Including, but not limited to, this list
- Great and prompt communication with patients and other specialty offices
- Treatment plan presentation and review of any insurance benefits with patient
- Patient scheduling for unscheduled treatment plan
- Maintenance of clinical records in order
- Patient continuing care
- Answering phone calls and messages
- Providing the insurance coverage estimates and verification of coverage
- Collection/Insurance claim submission & management/ billing
- Processing all financials and accurate presentation to patients
- Good skills on computer and typing
- Paying attention to details, organization, problem-solving skills
- Experience as a receptionist and dental assistant will be plus.
- Experience with Dentrix, insurance billing, and fee collection is must.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, negotiable
