Join Our Private Family Practice as a Dental Hygienist!

Are you a motivated and compassionate Dental Hygienist looking to make a meaningful impact in a patient-focused environment? We are a small, private general practice with 15 years of experience providing exceptional dental care. We are currently seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis while our valued hygienist is on maternity leave and only returning to work one day a week after her leave.

In our practice, we prioritize quality of care and the comfort of our patients above all else. Our approach involves scheduling one-hour recalls, 90-minute new patient appointments, and 90 minutes or more for scaling and root planing (SRP), allowing you ample time to provide comprehensive dental care. You’ll enjoy working one-on-one with patients, tailoring your time with each individual to meet their specific needs, whether it’s for periodontal maintenance or more intensive periodontal treatments.

Our supportive team environment includes dedicated dental assistants who are always willing to jump in to help, whether by cleaning rooms, taking X-rays, or assisting with periodontal charting. We utilize Dentrix for our practice management software, and if you are unfamiliar with it, we are more than happy to help you navigate the software.

As a Dental Hygienist in our office, you will perform the normal essential functions of dental hygiene with an emphasis on both the clinical and the personal elements of care. It is essential for our team, as we believe that creating a welcoming and comfortable environment contributes significantly to patient satisfaction.

We offer flexible scheduling, and we can discuss your lunch break preferences to ensure you have what you need to thrive in your role. While we currently do not provide benefits, we are open to discussing a compensation package that reflects your experience and expertise.
