Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA)

Greeley Dental Health is an established family dental practice that has been serving our community for over 20 years! Our patient-centered office is led by two fantastic dentists and our team genuinely enjoys working together. We are seeking an experienced Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join us full-time, 5 days per week. Our ideal EDDA will be passionate about providing the highest level of patient care, reliable, self-motivated, and desire to grow and expand their skill set. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation: $22-$30/hr, plus bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:
*Take necessary X-rays
*Four-handed chairside assisting
*Temporary Crowns, fillings, and impressions
*Assisting during endodontic treatments
*Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment
*Restock treatment areas and maintain Inventory
*Infection Control
*Prepare treatment plans and update patient charts in Denticon
*Set up and breakdown of operatories
*Scheduling patients for treatment
*Maintaining OSHA standards

Requirements:
*2+ years of experience as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant
*X-ray certification
*CPR Certification
*Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) Certification preferred
*Knowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniques
*Denticon knowledge is a plus
