Position Overview
As a Dental Hygienist at Northstar Dental, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality preventive care and educating patients on maintaining their oral health. You will collaborate closely with our dental team to provide comprehensive services in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing
- Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments
- Take and develop digital radiographs
- Administer fluoride treatments and sealants
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Document patient histories and treatment plans accurately
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Qualifications
- Valid Colorado State Dental Hygienist License
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in dental software and digital radiography systems
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
