Registered Dental Hygienist – Part-Time (Mondays & Fridays)
Location: 410 E Washington St, Slinger, WI 53086 – Serving Slinger, Jackson, Hartford, West Bend & Surrounding Areas

Our well-established Family & Cosmetic Dental Practice, proudly serving the greater Slinger area since 1987, is looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our friendly, professional team 2 days per week (Mondays & Fridays), with additional fill-in opportunities available.

We are a growing, patient-focused office known for exceptional care, comprehensive services, and a supportive, team-oriented culture. Our staff of 2 dentists, 5 assistants, and 6 hygienists works together to ensure every patient receives top-quality dental care in a welcoming environment.

Schedule:

Monday: 7:30 AM (or 8:30 AM) – 7:00 PM

Friday: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Additional PRN/fill-in opportunities as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate: $40–$48/hour (based on experience)

Monthly production bonus

401(k) with match (after eligibility)

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed RDH in Wisconsin

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

1–2 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome

Flexibility to help with coverage and assist as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care

Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care

Maintain compliance with infection control and HIPAA standards

Use practice technology confidently

Support team with room turnover and patient flow
