This unique, dual-role position is ideal for someone who loves variety and wants to make a meaningful impact in every part of the patient journey—from the first phone call to post-treatment care. You’ll assist with cosmetic and general procedures, maintain a clean and organized clinical space, and also shine at the front desk by welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, and handling administrative tasks with warmth and professionalism.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Has a current Texas RDA license

Is polished, professional, and enjoys working in an upscale, boutique environment

Thrives on delivering personalized, five-star service

Has strong organizational skills and is comfortable with both clinical and administrative duties

Is passionate about cosmetic dentistry, technology, and continued learning

Has experience with digital dentistry, photography, or high-end treatment planning (preferred but not required)
