We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join a general practice that is committed to delivering high-quality preventive and therapeutic care. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an individual who values patient education, clinical excellence, and a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with patients of all ages and helping them maintain optimal oral health through thorough assessments, effective communication, and precise clinical care.
Responsibilities include performing comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and oral health assessments, as well as taking and reviewing radiographs when appropriate. You will provide patient education on proper brushing, flossing, nutrition, and home care techniques tailored to individual needs. Additional duties may include documenting clinical findings accurately, assisting with preventive treatments, supporting treatment planning discussions, and collaborating closely with the dental team to ensure efficient, organized care. A strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a professional, patient-centered approach are essential.
Candidates should have completed a college-level dental hygiene program and hold the appropriate credentials and licensure required for practice. Experience in a general dental office is preferred, though motivated newer graduates with strong clinical foundations are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with modern dental technologies, infection control protocols, and electronic recordkeeping is highly valued. We are looking for someone who demonstrates reliability, initiative, and a genuine commitment to helping patients achieve healthier smiles.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $65–$70, reflecting the value of your clinical expertise and dedication. The schedule is full-time and includes a 1-hour lunch break to support balance and focus throughout the workday.
The office maintains a strong commitment to safety and infection control. Available personal protective equipment includes disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and respirator masks. Street parking is available for convenience.
