Hygienist needed in a small clinic

We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused dental hygienist to join our growing team in a modern, privately owned general dental office. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a professional who values quality care, efficiency, and strong relationships with patients and coworkers. Our practice is a small, single-doctor office with four chairs and modern technology, and we are committed to keeping the office personal, well-organized, and run efficiently as we continue to grow.

This position is available because our current dental hygienist has retired, creating an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step into an established role and make a meaningful impact. We see one patient at a time and typically schedule one hour per patient, allowing you the time needed to provide thorough preventive care and education. A one-hour lunch break is provided.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience, or less if you are the right person and willing to learn on the job, who is comfortable working in a general dentistry setting and enjoys delivering high-quality care in a small-office environment. Because this is a single-doctor practice, teamwork and flexibility are important. We are also working toward expanding the team to support growth, including adding more dental assistants as the practice develops.

Our office is equipped with modern technology and a full range of personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Parking is available on-site with plenty of spaces for the team.
