EDDA-Dental Assistant

Kip Modern Dental is a family dental practice located in Littleton, CO that is seeking an EDDA-Dental Assistant to join our team full time. This is a Monday-Thursday position which gives you long weekends and a sustainable work-life balance. Our team works hard for our patients and considers them family. Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (arrive 7:45am)

Responsibilities to include (but are not limited to):
*Assisting Dentist chairside throughout procedures by providing the best clinical and non-clinical experience to each patient
*Reviewing patient health history
*Daily set up and organization of instruments needed for procedures throughout the day
*Capturing diagnostic X-Rays
*Taking impressions (traditional and digital)
*Making temporary crowns
*Organization and sterilization of the operatories
*Assisting with lab tasks and procedures
*Sterilization of all dental and medical instruments
*Using Denticon to update patient records
*Scheduling patient appointments

Requirements:
*2+ years of experience as a DA
*EDDA experience
*Xray and EDDA Certification
*CPR/BLS Certification
*Strong patient service skills
*Knowledge Denticon software is preferred but not required
*Attention to detail
*Ability to be coached and given direction, and work well in a team environment
