Join Our Dental Team as a Dental Assistant!

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our friendly, privately-owned general dental practice in Lawrenceburg, KY. Our team, led by Dr. Cropper and her associate, Dr. Crain, is committed to providing high-quality care to patients of all ages. If you have a passion for dentistry and a desire to make a positive impact on your community, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities include providing chair-side assistance, performing alginate impressions, coronal polishing, and temporary crown fabrication, as well as ensuring patient comfort through effective education and support. The ideal candidate will possess skills in dental charting, radiology, four-handed dentistry, and nitrous oxide monitoring. Experience with Dentrix Ascend, DEXIS, and iTero is a plus.

We prioritize safety and well-being, providing all necessary personal protective equipment, including goggles, gloves, and masks.

As a full-time employee, you'll enjoy competitive compensation ranging from $22 to $28 per hour, based on experience, along with benefits such as 401K, health insurance options or HSA, paid holidays, bonuses, and vacation time.

We are a privately-owned dental practice in Lawrenceburg, KY. Dr. Cropper joined her father in 1994 and is now the owner of Dentistry for Today. There is also an associate, Dr. Crain who joined us 1 year ago.

We are a general dental practice and see patients of all ages. Most of our staff live in our community and our mission statement is to treat everyone as we would our family and friends.

We maintain up-to-date equipment and work diligently to give all our patients the highest quality of care.

Our hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
