Dental Hygienist

Ivyland, PAWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate dental hygienist to join our growing pediatric dental team in a part-time role. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, values patient-centered care, and wants to contribute to a welcoming environment where young patients and their families feel comfortable and supported.
Our practice is a privately owned pediatric dental startup dedicated to delivering quality, fun dental experiences for children and a stress-free visit for parents. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a dental setting and be comfortable providing thorough preventive care in a pediatric-focused environment. The requirements are a degree in Dental Hygiene with a PA license, along with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with young patients and their families. Experience working with children is highly valued.
Responsibilities may include performing hygiene procedures, educating patients and parents on oral health, preparing treatment areas, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting a smooth patient flow within the office. The right candidate will demonstrate a caring attitude, a calm approach with children, and the ability to work collaboratively with doctors and team members to support high-quality care.
This is a part-time position with a 1-hour lunch break. The office offers free parking in a convenient lot for staff. Compensation is negotiable and will be based on experience and qualifications.
