Registered Dental Hygienist

We are a small private practice seeking a Dental Hygienist to add to our team. We are passionate about providing uncompromising quality and ethical treatment. If you share our values and are ready to grow professionally, this is a great opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
Sterilize dental instruments properly
Conduct initial oral cancer exams and check oral health history
Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis
Provide adult and child prophys, perio maintenance, and scaling/root planing as necessary
Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene
Give post op instructions as needed
Take X-rays
Assist dentist with selecting appropriate treatments for various diseases
Maintain documentation and charts on each patient including treatment planning
Provide local anesthetic when appropriate
Qualifications
Outstanding communication skills
A friendly and professional attitude and demeanor
Must be willing to learn and have a strong team oriented mentality
Registered Dental Hygienist with current license
CPR and anesthesia certifications
