Registered Dental Hygienist

We are Bond Family & Implant Dentistry in Longmont, CO.

We are looking for a hygienist for 4 days per week, Monday-Thursday. We are looking for a permanent replacement to join our fun work family. We are not a corporate dental practice.

We are a growing private practice with a fantastic reputation for our quality care and exceptional friendliness.

Pay rate will be determined based on experience. We are pleased to offer a signing bonus!

Weekly hours are CONSISTENT. 4 days per week - 7:45 to about 5:30 with an hour lunch break.

We do not establish quotas, dictate treatment or pressure "sales." We want you to diagnose and treat periodontal disease appropriately and will support your expertise as a Dental Hygienist.

Requirements for employment include:
* Remarkable friendliness and personality
* Knowledge of oral health and ability to educate in a kind manner
* Team-based attitude, willingness to cooperate and pitch in
* Competent in digital charts, typing 50+ WPM and navigating computer software
* Knowledge of prophylaxis, SRP, periodontal disease diagnosing and treatment
* State license in dental hygiene
* Licensed in administering nitrous oxide and local anesthetics
* CPR certification
* Fluoride and sealant application
* Maintaining and sterilizing dental instruments
* Taking health histories and medical records
* Probing measurements
* Making people laugh!

About our office:

We are a friendly, team-oriented family dental practice specializing in dental implants. We have two doctors, 4 hygienists, and 3 full-time assistants. Our patients are great and expect to be treated like family. Our team huddle begins at 7:45 Monday-Friday and we schedule our last patients at 4:00.
