Dental Patient Coordinator
LOCATION
Littleton, COKip Modern Dental located in Littleton, CO is an established family dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time. This is a Monday-Thursday position providing you with long weekends and a great work life balance! ***Please note, 2+ years of experience as a Dental Patient Coordinator or working in a dental front office is required for consideration***
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am to 5pm
Compensation: $23-$28/hr, plus bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:
*Patient Check-In/Out: Provide a warm welcome to patients, verify personal information, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
*Payment & Insurance Processing: Collect payments, verify insurance benefits, and assist patients with billing inquiries.
*Scheduling & Coordination: Manage patient appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups.
*Treatment Plan Assistance: Review treatment plans with patients ensuring they understand their options.
*Phone/Office Support: Answer questions, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
*Dental Patient Coordinator Experience - At least two years is required
*Strong Customer Service Skills – Professional, friendly, and patient-centered approach
*Reliable & Organized – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
*Insurance Knowledge – Experience with verification, claims, and payment collections
*Tech-Savvy – Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems (Denticon experience is a plus)
*Excellent Communication – Clear and professional in-person, phone, and written interactions
