Plano, TXWe are seeking an upbeat, dependable and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our modern, digital family dental practice. This is a full-time role in a general dentistry, multi-doctor office serving PPO and private patients. Our practice is led by husband-and-wife dentists and supported by a friendly, helpful team that values teamwork, quality care, and a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and be comfortable with chairside assistance, four-handed dentistry, patient care, patient education, charting, infection control, and instrument sterilization. Experience with temporary crown fabrication is important. Strong communication, honesty, punctuality, customer service, and compliance with clinical protocols are essential. Cross-training is not required, but it is a plus.
Our office uses modern technology, including an intra-oral scanner, panoramic radiograph, and AI-supported note assistance. The team includes two full-time front desk staff and two RDA team members, with 4 operatories and a schedule of 5 days per week. PPE provided includes nitrile gloves and regular masks.
Compensation is based on eligibility at $21–25 per hour. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), and a bonus based on eligibility.
