Front Office Staff

We are a Prosthodontics office looking to grow our team. LA Prosthetic Dentistry, LLC is looking for a full time experienced receptionist to join our team. This position will be responsible for the day to day operations of the office and its staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a passion for working with people.

Responsibilities:
Organize office operations and procedures
Provide general support to visitors, clients, vendors and other staff as needed
Answer phones and manage calls, take messages or redirect calls when needed
Direct correspondence with vendors, patients, and management
Maintain contact lists
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Perform administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
Keep abreast of office procedures and practices
Greet visitors as they arrive at the office
Maintain visitor log
Follow up on resolved issues to ensure resolution is followed up on
Assist in planning marketing activities when necessary
Skills & Qualifications:

Front Desk/Reception (Mandatory)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in patient care (Preferred)
Experience in a similar role
Dental Assisting (Preferred)
Customer service (Preferred)
2 years of (Mandatory)
Bilingual encouraged
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in person and over the phone)
