For Dr. Shayan Khan and Dr. Talal Siddiqui, it started 25 years ago in high school. They studied together, survived exams together, and—thanks to fate—ended up in dental school together. They even became roommates, swapping stories, pulling all-nighters, and making a pact: “One day, we’ll open a dental practice together.”

Life, as it often does, took them on separate paths after graduation. Each built over 15 years of experience in their own way. But in 2023, the stars finally aligned. Both moved to Houston, dusted off that old dream, and opened a practice side by side.

Dr. Khan brings a wealth of clinical mastery, honed through years of mentorship at major institutions. He’s the go-to guy for just about everything: complex root canals, wisdom molar extractions, implants, full-mouth rehabilitations, All-on-X cases, orthodontics—you name it. He’s a stickler for clinical protocols and is unwavering in his commitment to patient care.

Dr. Sidd, on the other hand, brings a powerhouse of business expertise—operations, finance, HR, and the strategy that keeps the whole machine running smoothly. He’s the reason the lights stay on, the staff stay happy, and the practice continues to grow.

Together, they run their practice with a simple philosophy: 100% clinical autonomy for their doctors, and 100% focus on the patient’s well-being. They’re not a corporate chain chasing numbers. What You’ll Do

Deliver comprehensive restorative and preventive dentistry
Diagnose and present clear treatment plans with the team.
Perform treatments based on the scope of your comfort
Collaborate with hygiene to do Hygiene checks and on perio diagnosis and SRP
Maintain excellent charting, notes, and case documentation

Mentorship available from Dr. Shayan Khan (15+ years; complex endo, wisdom extractions, implants, full-arch cases, FMR, braces/aligners)
Trained front desk & assistants, calibrated hygiene team

Monthly marketing campaigns and recall support to keep chairs full

Compensation & Benefits (tailor to your offer)
Competitive % of adjusted production or collections (whichever you use)
Minimum daily guarantee during ramp-up

Path to expanded procedure mix and higher production

Ideal Candidate

DDS/DMD with 4–7+ years of experience
Active Texas dental license and DEA
Solid speed/quality balance; efficient time management
Ready to learn and apply new dental procedures, continually improving skills to provide the highest quality patient care
Compassionate chairside manner; team player
