Dental Office Manager
LOCATION
Palm Springs, CAWe’re looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager who knows how to lead a team, drive practice performance, and create an exceptional patient experience.
This is more than managing the day-to-day. We want a strong, hands-on leader who can coach and develop people, create accountability, protect a positive culture, and partner with our doctors to help the practice grow.

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop front and back-office teams
Oversee daily practice operations and workflows
Drive scheduling, production, collections, and new-patient growth
Monitor KPIs and take action to improve performance
Support treatment presentation and case acceptance
Ensure strong insurance, billing, and scheduling processes
Lead effective huddles and team meetings
Build accountability while maintaining a positive team culture
Partner closely with doctors and leadership to achieve practice goals
Lead by example and uphold our 3 T’s
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of Dental Office Management or dental leadership experience
Strong understanding of dental operations, insurance, scheduling, collections, and treatment presentation
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Comfortable working with KPIs and performance goals
Highly organized, accountable, and solution-oriented
Positive, professional, and emotionally intelligent
Passion for leadership, growth, and exceptional patient care
