Tired of feeling like a number in a corporate dental mill- upselling treatments you don’t believe in and rushing through patients you never really get to know? Or maybe you’re just starting out and want a practice that will help you build your speed responsibly, without throwing you to the wolves. Either way, we built something different on purpose. Come see what it feels like to practice with the level of respect you deserve.
About Us
We’re an independently owned, women-led practice with six years of history and a brand-new home to show for it — we recently moved into a new building, and yes, it still has that new-construction smell. Our Google reviews tell the story better than we can: read them to understand our values. We’re small-town in the best sense. You’ll know your patients by name, and they’ll know you.
We’ve created a drama-free, supportive team that genuinely has each other’s backs. We encourage you to use our already-scheduled office closures for your time off, but the team is there to support each other when additional needs arise.
What Makes Us Different
Time that respects your work
1-hour recare appointments that are scheduled by you, because you know what each patient needs. If someone needs a little more time or a little less, that call is yours to make. Plus 1 hour 15 min for new patients without same day perio treatment, so you can truly get to know new patients before their first cleaning.
A real voice in care
You’re part of diagnosis and not an afterthought. Instrument and supply requests are honored. Your clinical judgment is trusted and respected.
Designed for how you work
Fully reversible operatories accommodate left- and right-handed providers. Florida probe voice perio charting that actually works. No guesswork.
Weekends are yours — almost always
No scheduled patient appointments on weekends. You’ll rotate on-call coverage (roughly once every six to seven weeks) for the rare patient emergency but in the last five years we’ve had fewer than two true call-ins. Your weekends are yours.
