Job Summary
Our established dental practice is seeking a professional and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, committed to delivering high-quality patient care, and able to work efficiently in a structured clinical environment.
Responsibilities
Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
Maintain full compliance with infection control, sterilization, and OSHA protocols
Capture diagnostic radiographs with accurate documentation
Perform iTero digital scans for restorative and orthodontic treatments
Accurately enter and update patient records in Eaglesoft
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients regarding procedures and follow-up care
Support clinical and administrative tasks as needed to maintain smooth daily operations
Assist with basic social media content creation as directed
Qualifications
Active California RDA License (required)
Experience with Eaglesoft (preferred)
Experience with iTero scanning (preferred; training available)
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team and in a fast-paced clinical setting
Skills
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality
Proficiency with dental X-ray technology and digital imaging, including 3D scanners
Familiarity with dental terminology, oral anatomy, and related medical terminology
Ability to perform efficient chairside assisting in general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry
Strong understanding of infection control and aseptic techniques
Basic knowledge of medical documentation, coding, and billing processes related to dental care
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain procedures clearly to patients of all ages

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
