Position Overview:
We’re seeking a confident, detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to lead patients through their care journey with clarity, empathy, and follow-through. This role is ideal for someone who excels in both communication and logistics—ensuring treatment plans are clearly understood, scheduled, and financially arranged.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Treatment Plan Scheduler: Present treatment plans and coordinate appointments with clarity and confidence.

Financial Arrangements: Review fees and create financial options that align with the practice’s out-of-network protocols.

Check Out: Ensure smooth transitions at the end of visits, collecting payments and scheduling future care.

Case Acceptance: Support doctors in presenting recommended treatment and track acceptance metrics.

Treatment Plan Follow-Up: Maintain consistent and documented follow-up communication with patients who are undecided or unscheduled.

Patient Billing & AR: Assist with billing inquiries and collaborate with the admin team to support account resolution.

Follow-Ups Completed

New Patient Reappointment Rate

Call Conversion Rate

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of dental office or treatment coordination experience

Confidence discussing treatment and finances with patients

Excellent phone and verbal communication skills

Experience with out-of-network or FFS financial arrangements a plus

Familiarity with Eaglesoft and Dental Intel is preferred
