Dental Assistant| Location: Beeville, TX 78102 |Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM| Friday: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
● $17–$24/hour, based on experience
● Medical & Dental Insurance
● 401(k)
●Generous Time Off: 2 full weeks off at Christmas & Thanksgiving week off
● Holidays Off 4th of July, Memorial Day, New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, and select Fridays off (for town events)
This is a hybrid role perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment, brings fresh ideas, and truly cares about each patient interaction. The previous team member was with us for 10 years—and we’re looking for our next long-term superstar.
What You'll Be Doing:
● Coordinate hygiene schedules and help keep the day running smoothly
● Answer phones with professionalism and warmth
● Greet and reschedule patients with empathy and a personal touch
● Support the hygiene team chairside when needed
● Take high-quality X-rays (no cone cuts, proper apexes, no overlaps)
● Float between front and back office as needed
● Help create a positive, family-like environment for both patients and team
What We’re Looking For:
● 2–5 years of dental experience (front and/ back office)
● Tech-savvy with a willingness to bring new ideas
● Strong attention to detail, especially in X-rays
● Warm, friendly personality—patients feel cared for and welcome
● High integrity, reliability, and excellent communication skills
● Comfortable working with a team of working moms who support one another
