Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

**Previous dental or orthodontic experience is not required - we are willing to train!**

Tebo Dental, an Atlanta-based dental group, is looking for a professional to join our motivated and ambitious team. The ideal candidate for this position will have exceptional attention-to-detail and will be intelligent, organized, dependable, driven, forward thinking, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company.

**Travel is necessary between our offices in Lilburn, Peachtree Corners, Dacula, and Cumming.

Responsibilities:
Assist during consultation exams and complete records appointments
Prepare and present treatment plans and consultation fee estimates
Document clinical notes and update patient accounts
Contact patients to keep the schedule full according to requirements
Coordinate with the pediatric office team to schedule in-office referrals
Prepare treatment forms for the doctor to finalize
Audit consult appointments to ensure all necessary information is collected prior to each patient's appointment
Verify orthodontic insurance benefits
Provide coverage for check-out as needed
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
Must be fluent in Spanish
Previous dental or orthodontic experience is a plus
Able to work full-time between Monday-Friday
Willing to travel between our office locations in Lilburn, Dacula, Peachtree Corners, and Cumming
Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail
