Front Office
LOCATION
Houston, TXWe are looking for a positive person for the front office of our dental practice. We need someone who dress professionally as you will be greeting all of our patients as they enter. We are looking for a people person, someone that is nice by nature and bonds with people quickly. We need someone with enough life experience to know that they are fortunate to be on our team and can rely this good fortune to all that enter. We need someone energetic and passionate about what they do, all with a smile. Must speak and write Spanish.
We are a small team, with only one person up front (this position), which means you need experience in this capacity. We are a low volume team that deals with more elective procedures. We are not anti insurance, but we don't run an insurance mill. We are insurance friendly and see insurance as a benefit not a focus.
Our fees are paid in advance, so we are looking for someone that values dentistry enough to ask for large sums of money in advance for treatment. We are worth our fees and you must agree.
We work around 35 hours per week. We take one hour lunches and we work late one weekday. We run on time. If you are chronically 3 min late, don't apply. This is not an entry level position, but is not managerial either. The level of customer service that we are looking for is experienced at Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus. We need the phones answered, the scheduled filled and money collected. Thank you for reading.
