We are seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Hygienist to be part of our dynamic practice. Our office is known for its commitment to providing exceptional general and cosmetic dental services.
As a part-time Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive patient care and maintaining high standards of dental hygiene in our PPO-focused practice. We are looking for someone with a minimum of one year of experience who is adept in performing dental cleanings, patient assessments, and providing educational information about oral health.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ oral health and dental hygiene needs
- Perform dental cleanings and facilitate the application of preventive treatments
- Utilize digital X-ray technology to aid in diagnosis
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
- Collaborate effectively with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Valid state dental hygiene license
- Proficiency in digital X-ray techniques
- Strong communication skills with an outgoing, friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
