We’re looking for a driven, persuasive Treatment Coordinator who knows how to connect with patients, confidently present treatment, and close same-day dentistry when it matters.

🎯 What Success Looks Like
Target: 65%+ case acceptance
Confidently present and close same-day treatment
Follow up on unscheduled treatment
Reactivate patients with pending dentistry
Help patients move forward even when:
Insurance maxes are reached
Objections come up
They feel uncertain

👉 You’re not just explaining treatment — you’re helping patients make decisions that improve their health

💬 What You’ll Be Doing
Presenting treatment plans and fees clearly and confidently
Discussing financing options and making care accessible
Handling forward-facing collections
Overcoming objections with empathy and confidence
Following up on unscheduled treatment and reactivation opportunities
Working directly with doctors and leadership to drive production

🧠 Who You Are
A natural communicator and persuader
Comfortable talking about money and value
Not afraid to ask for the “yes”
Motivated by goals, performance, and growth
Able to build trust quickly while guiding patients to action
Experienced in dental or healthcare (preferred), but mindset matters most
