We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Dentist to join our thriving multi-specialty dental practice on a part-time basis. Our office is committed to providing comprehensive dental care, including general dentistry, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and endodontics. As a part of our collaborative environment, you will work alongside experienced professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality general dental services, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and various restorative and preventive procedures.
- Collaborate with specialists in our multi-doctor practice to provide integrated patient care and treatment continuity.
- Utilize your expertise in patient management to create a comfortable and positive experience for all patients, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Effectively communicate treatment plans and educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Open Dental software, ensuring efficient and thorough documentation of treatment.

Qualifications:

- Doctoral degree in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry, with a robust understanding of various dental specialties and the ability to adapt to diverse patient needs.
- Proficiency in scheduling appointments and utilizing Open Dental for record keeping and patient management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing an exceptional patient experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, contributing positively to overall practice success.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive daily flat rate plus production commission, which rewards your performance and contribution to the office's success.
