Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Escondido, CAWe are seeking an experienced, dependable dental assistant to join our fast-paced, full-time dental team. Our practice serves patients of all ages and provides a wide range of services in general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and multi-specialty care within a multi-doctor, PPO, and corporate setting. We are committed to delivering high-quality care using advanced dental equipment and a patient-focused approach.
The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience and a high school education. Strong chairside assisting skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of dental procedures are important. Responsibilities may include assisting during exams and treatments, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, supporting patient comfort, and helping maintain smooth daily operations. Experience with cosmetic and restorative procedures such as checkups, cleanings, crowns, and veneers is a plus.
We are looking for someone with an awesome personality who is hardworking, team-oriented, and ready to contribute to a supportive office environment. This full-time role includes a 1-hour lunch break most days and a half-hour lunch on Fridays.
Benefits include PTO, 401K, medical, dental, holiday pay, and vision. Compensation is $28 per hour.
