Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, polished, and service-driven Practice Administrator to lead the front office operations and support the clinical team in delivering a seamless, white-glove patient experience. This is not a behind-the-scenes role—you’ll be the face of the office, the go-to for your team, and the ambassador of the high standard of care patients expect.
Key Responsibilities
● Welcome patients and guide them through their visit with professionalism
● Coordinate seamless handoffs between front and back office
● Review completed treatments and assist with treatment planning and presentations
● Ensure patient interactions reflect a high-end, service-focused experience
● Lead and mentor front office staff; coach and support in real time
● Manage scheduling, payroll submission, and timekeeping
● Oversee financial consultations, collections, and daily deposit reports
● Perform pre- and post-audits to ensure accuracy in billing and records
● Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance
● Communicate with vendors, specialists, and labs as needed
● Maintain an organized, paperless, and tech-savvy administrative system
Qualifications
● Minimum 3+ years of experience in dental office management (private practice preferred)
● Strong understanding of dental front office operations and treatment coordination
● Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
● Proficiency in EagleSoft or comparable dental practice software
● Strong organizational, leadership, and time management abilities
● Professional and service-oriented mindset with a focus on ethical patient care
● Ability to lead by example and promote a cohesive, positive team culture
Preferred Skills
● Experience in fee-for-service or concierge dental environments
● Familiarity with interdisciplinary and specialty dental workflows
● Skilled in high-level treatment presentation and patient financial coordination
● Knowledge of HR/payroll systems such as HR for Health
● Proactive, flexible, and comfortable stepping into front office roles when needed

Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office | Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $33 – $37 per hour (depending on experience)
