Registered Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Redwood City, CAWe are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented part-time dental assistant to join our team in a general dentistry, single-doctor practice with helpful staff and friendly patients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a patient-focused environment and is confident supporting clinical care with professionalism and warmth.
Responsibilities include chairside dental assisting, digital dental X-rays, intraoral scanning, operatory setup and breakdown, sterilization and infection control, and assisting with dental materials and procedures. You will also help with patient care and communication, maintain accurate treatment and procedure documentation, and use Open Dental and other electronic records systems to support daily operations. Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance is essential.
We are looking for someone with preferably 2+ years of experience. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset are important. Lunch break is 1 hour.
We provide gowns, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and head caps as PPE. Benefits include in-house dental benefits, free parking, paid time off, paid sick time, and other additional perks. Compensation is $28–$38 an hour, based on experience and qualifications. We look forward to meeting you.
